The new Thermapen with burger probe has been designed specifically to be use in burger and fast food outlets and ensures that burgers are cooked perfectly to the correct temperature.
The burger probe tip design allows insertion into the interior of the burger patty to accurately gauge when it is perfectly cooked. The stainless steel disc ensures the correct insertion depth of 8mm or 12mm every time! Simply insert the probe (Ø0.4 mm) into the burger until the disc touches the surface of the burger to test it has reached the ideal temperature to be cooked perfectly.
The Thermapen with burger probe gives you precise read-out of temperature over the range of -50 to 300 °C with a 1 °C resolution and an accuracy of ±1 °C.
The casing is washable and includes ‘Biomaster’ additive that reduces bacterial growth and the ergonomic rubber seal minimises the risk of the ingress of water, dust or food.
